All levels of Force Control can be obtained from any of the instructors, but only levels Master through Transcender can be obtained from the Port Lux instructor.

The amount of magic added per skill level is relative to one's skill ranking. For each skill rank above Novice, add an additional 10% magic to the magic listed below (up to 90% at skill rank Transcender).
