Enchant Safeguard

  • When item fails to upgrade, a safeguard is used instead of the item decreasing its quality.
  • The number of safeguards used is equal to the amount of quality failure.
  • Since items can fail up to -2 using upgrade cores it is recommended to use enhanced cores exclusively to ensure a maximum of 1 safeguard will be used up in the case of upgrade failure.

  • Adds 1 additional slot to equipment.
  • Equipment may only be extended once.
  • Items are account bound after extending.
  • For information on how options in slot are affected by extending see: Options.
  • Note: Crystal Bikes that are account bound are only allowed 2 slots because after using the Bike Slot Converter twice it's account bounded status prevents using slot extenders.
